A: I have a very limited number of evening appointments that are available, but none on the weekend.
A: I charge $175 for the initial 60 minute evaluation. Subsequent 50 minute sessions are $125.
A: If you are unable to pay the full fee, I may be able to offer a sliding scale, which means your fee is calculated by your income. There are a limited number of these slots available, so if you need a counselor who provides a sliding fee scale and I am unable to accommodate your financial needs, I can refer you to other counselors with sliding fees.
A: Yes. I am currently an in-network provider for PHCS/MultiPlan, MHNet/Coventry, BlueCross BlueShield and Humana/LifeSync. Each company has several types of plans. If you are looking for an in-network provider, please check with your insurance carrier to verify my status with their network. If you have coverage with an insurance company not listed above and have out-of-network benefits, I will be glad to provide you with a statement that includes all the necessary information you need to file for insurance reimbursement. In addition, it is possible that your insurance carrier may have a contract with another group who manages their mental health benefits. If I have a contract with that group, it would reduce the amount you would pay per session toward meeting your deductible.
